1. I worked seasonal at VS and have been a monthly online customer for 5 plus years. My account has ALWAYS been paid! I have requested a limit raise several times. Even $30 would help. THIS is my reason: I think it is VERY unfair the number of promo gifts, bags, blankets etc….I have missed out on because my credit limit is $100! For YEARS! All the promos are for $100 purchases, which I can’t do on my VS card due to tax added, it puts me over my credit limit!! If you look at my account I have been a silver or gold member EVERY YEAR! Makes me sick to think of the number of free promos I have missed out on because I couldn’t buy $100 due to my credit limit being $100!! It actually bothers me pretty bad and has for awhile now.
Secondly, there always Seems to be some reason I can’t use my coupons I receive in the mail. TOO many rules to use coupons. Shouldn’t be so strict! (When the store was local….the one that I worked seasonal in, management waived coupons and allowed coupons so customers could actually use the coupons they earned from previous purchases) I don’t know…you asked so I am telling you. Having an account, IN GOOD STANDING, either SILVER OR GOLD EVERY YEAR FOR AT LEAST 5 YEARS….It is really disappointing that you keep me at $100 limit so that I can not receive the benefits of spending $100 every month with VS….due to taxes putting me over my limit, when added. Is it really worth it?? Years of not receiving bags, blankets, dogs, perfume….because times are tough now. I know of if I have to start cutting corners, all this that I just said WILL DEFINITELY MATTER. VS didn’t recognize all the loyalty I gave them over the years to even raise my credit limit by $20 so I could get a free item…that I deserved. This account will be the one that has to be closed. Also, just for reference….this is NOT the first, second or third time I have tried to address this disappointment….but it will be the last. You gave me a survey this time, let me see if you read my response. Have a good day, and when you look at my account…you may notice that I put in two orders today…right up to my $100 credit limit, and THAT was BEFORE I knew there would be a survey to let you know my disappointment with years of having a “$100 credit limit” Thank you for taking the time to read this, if someone does. *I see where it says don’t include name and tele…but honestly I am not really concerned about anyone reading this and abusing my name and telephone number. I stand by everything I wrote. Thanks!
