I ordered a Classic Bandeau Tankini (Melon colour) confirmation number #8NZO5X8V. The picture/depiction on-line showed the tankini top with bottom. When I received my order, it was the the top only. I called and was advised that even though the on-line picture showed a tankini top and bottom that I needed to order the bottom as well. I found the website misleading. I called and asked a Venus representative what could be done to get the bottom and was advised that nothing could be done. As a result I needed to place another order for a Tankini Top, along with a bottom (order number W2288540). I am very disappointed.

Despite my filter for size I would see designs in colors listed that weren’t available in my size but there would be another color with my size in that design. I didn’t like that almost everything in my size were bold or dark colors often, and feel that you should make it where the color that coordinates with a filtered size is the image listed on the filtered page. It got my hopes up a couple of times and was a touch frustrating.

Website is easy to use although if you have promo codes if you delete something and you go back and add something it doesn’t apply that code so I had to spend about 30 minutes trying to place my order
