One item on my first order, was too large.On your return instructions, it lists “exchange” twice. But was told when I called that you do not exchange. I took it to the Post Office where I was told regulations at Canada Post
, for returns to U. S., have recently changed, so that you must produce a Customs Form in order to mail. This was a surprise ,as I thought your Company was based in Germany! ( I try to avoid purchasing from the U.S. due to their brutal Tariffs on Canada.) These regulations, I realize, are not your problem, but might be mentioned on your website.
When I ordered a smaller size, I accidentally ordered two! I find your website too quickly submitted the order as finalized, before I could change my form of payment. I love your product, style and quality. It is difficult to find smart, colourful, plus size garments, and I live in a rural area, so like online shopping!
I shall be more careful in future, but thought you might find this experience useful to your customer service.
