First of all, I want to thank Triple K Mfg for keeping this liquid sweetener available. I'm prediabetic and this product is the best for my health. Looking forward to purchasing more products from Triple K or Pantryful in the future.

This is a product that I am unable to find in stores, so I love being able to buy it online. I always get great customer service, and the product is fantastic!

Ordering from the website is simple and does not cause me any problems. My one suggestion would be to add a place where credit card purchases can be verified online with the 3 digit number on the back of the card. Since you do not have that feature, someone from the company always has to call me to get me to verbally give that 3 digit number, which typically increases the amount of time I have to wait to receive the product I always order. When I do receive a phone call, the person with whom I speak is always very kind and courteous. The product I order, which is a liquid artificial sweetner, is always well-packaged and is a great product. One more suggestion: add the option for auto ship for grocery products like the liquid sweetner I order. That would help me a lot!
