Why is this?

I do not purchase as much as I used to in fact I don’t really push anything at all because I had a falling out with Horizon Hobby, I found $10,000 a year does not buy loyalty of any kind at Horizon Hobby. After about three years I start returning a few things and to Horizon, I’m doing something wrong, I’m trying to get over on them or something and won’t honor a manufacturing defect. I was spending an average of 10 grand a year at your store so do you really think I’m going to wake up one day and say come. Oh you know what I’m gonna try to get over on Horizon Hobby today. That seems like a good thing to do risk my reputation everything that I have for a piddly $225 airplane, my goodness what kind of individuals do you hire. I wasn’t sending it back to for a refund, I just wanted it replaced with one that was functional and no manufacturing defects, but that wasn’t going to be the case. Horizon has already ripped me off for three airplanes so I am not in a good mood, and I I told my elite Support tech Michael that if they do that to me again because it’s already happened once things were gonna change, my elite Support tech Michael did not make sure this was taken care of properly which didn’t surprise me really, I caught him lying to me on numerous occasions. But because he decided that I’m not a customer with retaining, I’ve taken my $10,000 a year over to Flex, I’ve already spent $4000 just bought a plane. Wait for it to show up next week and will be buying another $2000 airplane when it comes in hopefully the first part of November. Michael new I wasn’t some stupid kid trying to get over on you or something but did nothing to rectify the problem. I’m a retired aerospace engineer and will not be treated like I’m some Yahoo kid with nefarious intent because I want to return an airplane that’s got a problem, I was spending an average of $10,000 a year and had only returned no more than eight or nine things that were a problem, but when you receive multiple airplanes with the same problem that is a manufacturing defect, when it breaks because of that and your elite tech like mine, Michael! Does nothing to try and help solve any of the problems, that would be too much like work I guess. In fact, one time when I had asked him had he done it he explained to me that he can’t turn in my work because I had too many commas. As I told him, I did not know that I was supposed to write his reports or anything else for him I thought he was there for me, but that’s not how Horizon works, he’s there to convince you he can fix your broken stuff and assume they can but a lot they cannot and know it and that’s sad name. If you don’t have two of them, you would never know that the plane cannot fly and do what it should do once you glued it back together after it crashed from a manufacturing defect, and that was the big problem that I had and is why I go spend my money at Flex now. Yes if I see you have a good deal on something that I want like something in scratch and dent like I just got, and I pick up smaller purchases from Horizon but my big purchases now are at Flex, Horizon Hobby showed me their true colors, and I have no stomach for this kind of behavior..
