I had to go to check out five times because when I came back from pay Pal, there was nothing, it’s the first time it’s happened but still it irritating. I don’t shop at Tower or Horizon much anymore, if it’s not scratch and dent or replacing parts from the airplane I already have that’s it. I don’t buy anything else, and I try to get most of that from other stores so I support smaller hobby shops. I was spending10,000 a year plus and you decided i’m doing something nefarious and so you’re not going to replace manufacturing defects because I had to many manufacturing defects. When you spent 10 grand a year and you like airplanes, you’re going to see defects.I bought SIX ULTRIX 600mm one almost burned down my property + Another thousand. Oh, we can’t replace that one because there’s nothing to return so too bad for you, and I had pictures of the burnt spot that was the shape of the airplane. Basically, you could see the motors and stuff laying there, but no, they didn’t want those, no they wanted an airplane. I had two others failing the same way that I bought from two different places one from you and one from a hobby shop. Usually all you do is break the nose off so elite Support send you a new control board not telling you that once you glue that nose back on that airplane will not perform the same, it’s just a little bit of glue and doesn’t seem like much on that airplane but it’s enough for that nose to drop quick. Now, if I only had one of these airplanes, I would’ve never known that and you get away with just a control board instead of replacing the whole airplane like it should have been. But I bought six of them so I’m exactly how they fly. I’ve had them with the nose glued back on and I’ve got the nose glued back on and there’s a big difference at how they fly and what I can do with that airplane. The one that caught on fire I had two others they did the same thing all in all I was owed two of those and the one that burned up but you wouldn’t replace them so you burned me for $400 right there yet I spent 10 grand+ a year but you’re not going to replace my manufacturing defects. I had one, that I was actually able to get to the ground and when I opened it up to see what was going on and the control board is in their sideways. It was never screwed in, lucky I got it to the ground safely because you probably wouldn’t replace that one either. I’m real good at not crashing those because I had so many that crashed the same way. This was a little different but still it was some with the same way. The plane goes out of whack giant corkscrew maneuver and without throttle this airplane doesn’t turn hardly it has differential thrust and without the air blowing across the surfaces it doesn’t do anything right so you have to fly fast enough to make them work properly. And then my 5AE biplane that screw fell out of the rudder, the landing was sweet and I set it down nice and soft was rolling out when all of a sudden it goes left and dipped that wing it got crunched on the tip of it goes right in tears of the tip of the edge of the wing on that side and then goes off the runway and into a bushes but that’s my fault so we’re not going to replace that one either too bad for you. You burn me for probably probably around $700 which in my book is real bad business, that is just stupid but hey you hired him. but for me, it actually worked out for my flying, they fly circles around the extra 330. Flex treats me better so I’ve spent $6000 already and my son and grandson fly and it’s Christmas time, it could’ve been yours but Horizon Hobby decided cheating me was better. Well, I tried to get this taken care of and y’all just blew me off so I am where I am. I hope you guys are happy, not sure how you can lose $10,000 customers but apparently it’s not a big deal at least Michael didn’t think so.
