Site Experience FeedbackDec 3, 2025
Despite having placed a previous order about a year ago & having had created an account shortly before that, the Too Faced web site failed to recognize not only that I had an account but also, somehow, kept claiming that it did not have my email address... That claim is, firstly, ludicrous given that my shopping began with an email that I received from Too Faced inviting me to an opportunity to take "up to 50% off for Black Friday Sales." Secondly, that claim resulted in the highly frustrating exchange of hours of my time just trying to place a $300+ order that ultimately (after triple checking things, confirming that I had -indeed- NOT lost my mind & that I did have my email's previous interaction with the Too Faced website logged within my trusty, password notebook. Now, given that the cognitive decline that I've been experiencing with increased intensity over the last couple of years; years that have also yielded constant, intense pain and a "Late Stage Multiple Sclerosis" diagnosis and that make me cautious about assuming that I'm correct about anything, the failures that occurred & ultimately denied Too Faced's accountant the measley 300 dollars' worth of 1's and 0's I tried desperately to give IS -for SURE- NOT my fault. But of course, in the end, I still end up being the one to lose because I was denied of my own existence, my cart was denied its existence multiple times as the site kept randomly dumping it, and, worse, I was denied a resolution that would've allowed me to finally be able to obtain some makeup that I really wanted at a price that I could've eeked out from under all of my medical expenses.
I hope you enjoyed the longest run-on sentences ever.
