The product seemed to be very high-quality, it just didn't meet my needs for it's purpose-- as an undereye concealer that wouldn't accentuate the crepe-iness below my eyes.

This was a "mystery box purchase". I wish I would have known what products were included. This stuff is for young women. The lip color was garish as well as the lip liner. The lip gloss burned my lips and I had to remove it. I gave some of the products to my daughter who is 53 and she liked the blush and highlighter.

I have always heard about what great products Tarte has. I have only ever tried the poreless primer and love it, but have never purchased other products out of fear of getting the wrong color/not liking the product. When people say Tarte is a great product, they aren’t lying. The quality really is amazing. I took advantage of the 9 mystery items sale and thought if I only liked a couple of things, it was still worth it. I was pleasantly surprised that I love every single thing in the mystery box! I find it fun to apply makeup now for this 40’ish year old.

Prior to purchasing these products, I had only ever tried tarte’s shape tape concealer and while I did enjoy the product it was just too heavy for my liking, as I like a less makeup kind of look! I’ve been supporting Tianna for a long time and her makeup has always been something I wished I could do for myself, so when tarte did the essenTTial bundle with Tianna I knew I would be purchasing one… or three!! My favorite product is definitely the concealer because it offers good coverage and is build-able, without causing creases and caking. I find that I like the results best when I just use my fingers. My second favorite product would be a tie for the lip liner and liquid blush… I am a biggggg blush girl, and I love liquid products so I knew I would love this. I love that the packaging locks so you’re not leaking and wasting the product onto the tip when you’re not using — that is huge from a cost perspective!! This product is definitely one that can be worn lightweight but you can also build if you want more pigment! I even tried it out on my lips and love wearing it that way too. The lip liner is smooth and glides on and blends super well. Love the consistency and the overall design of the packaging for this as well. My next favorite product is the freckle applicator… again great design for the packaging and application, easily applied and looks natural to my own real freckles! And lastly, my least favorite product is the bronzer but I still do like it! I think why this ranks last for me is strictly because it’s a powder instead of a wet product and I prefer wet products! Other than that, it applies easily and is buildable as well… it’s not a “trust the process on the first few harsh lines” because it blends very well. There is some fall out, but I prefer that to overly pigmented and non-blendable options! I would totally repurchase everything in this order, except maybe the bronzer — I might have to see if tarte does a liquid or wet stick version of that!!

Tarte products have great coverage without being too much and don't irritate my skin like so many other brands. Their website is easy to shop and the product descriptions are very helpful. Out of all the years I have ordered I've only had 1 issue and it turned out to be USPS's fault. Tarte customer support was very quick to rectify the issue and get me the products I needed quickly by replacing my order.

I won't ever order a mystery box again. I expected there to be at least a few items I'd be excited about but it seems to be all the stuff nobody is buying. Red lip liner? False eyelashes that look like something for a Halloween costume if you wanted spiders on your eyes. Blush, highlighter, bronzer..all shiney/metallic. Not what someone over 40 wants. The only thing good was a brush.

Ive had a heat experience with tarts whether I buy from the store or recently online I would highly recommend. I bought this set as a gift for my nieces. Both in college figured it was a good on the go quick touch up throw in your purse kinda thing without having to carry your entire makeup bag. Both are working girls so the less stuff the better.

This was years ago. I have only contacted Tarte 1 time. I received an eyeshadow palette, and one of the eye shadows was loose powder. I contacted them and offered to return the item. The customer service rep. said to keep the damaged eye shadow and sent me a new one immediately. I love all of the Tarte products I have used. I have purchased my son's fiancée everything except the foundation. I will need Brittany's input on the foundation. Tarte products because I think Tarte is the best. I want my future daughter-in-law to have the best products as well. If I can spoil her along the way, that just makes it more fun. I love having a daughter to spoil.
