Love the fake awake products. Part of my daily routine. My dissatisfaction was with all the lip products. Extremely underwhelming in a highly saturated market. The longevity, the color, the formula, the application were all a major disappointment. Unfortunately, I would talk friends out of purchasing the lip products.

It was ok. I found exactly what I needed plus! I love the free gifts, discounts, professional discount opportunity etc. I really appreciate that. I went on the website originally to look for my birthday coupon but found under the FAQs it’s released on your birthday. Last year I got the email 3 days after. It’s fine but it would be nice to have it at least 15-20 days before. That allows the customer to use discounts, get items BEFORE their bday celebration, and entices them to return quicker to your website to buy more items. Especially when they are getting compliments on their birthday how great they look. This is probably why I only buy once a year. I don’t consistently buy more expensive makeup up often because I try to use my birthday code to treat myself.

My daughter recommended I try your eyeliner! I love the brown liner. It stayed all day! It usually comes off due to allergies! The oil lipstick was just what I needed! Being post menopausal everything is drying up! The oil lipstick has been a blessing!

I have trouble with my lips burning with a lot of lip products. The ones I bought to try from Tarte are actually amazing. I think they actually help my lips. I can’t use any kind of plumping lip products, so those are a no go. But the non plumping maracuja lip products are amazing.

I love this lip product so much but….the product waste makes me crazy! So much of the lip gloss is left in the pump tube! There must be a way to assure that all the product I’m purchasing is usable! This is why I only buy this if it’s on a very good sale.

You have got to try Tarte’s products, they are awesome. Their mascara is the best and I love, love, love their setting powder. I have never seen any makeup product that compares. This is one of the few lip colors I love. It’s not too pink or nude. I feel like the formula is a little different in the travel vs full size, so I just buy multiples of the travel size. It’s really pretty though

I tried Tarte lip products for the first time and I’m obsessed with the Vinyl It’s by far the most glossiest I’ve ever tried and it’s clean, which is really important to me. I didn’t love the Plump (not as glossy), so I wanted to exchange it for more Vinyl, but it was kind of an annoying process. They offer exchanges that waive shipping fees both ways, but only for the exact product you purchased. I bought a product in the same category and equal value, but this is considered a return by Tarte, so I was subject to the $5.00 return shipping fee, as well as the shipping for the new item. I reached out to customer service and at first was essentially told there are no exceptions to this policy. But after resubmitting a dissatisfied review, they actually read my review and wrote me to make an exception, offering to refund me for the new shipping fee. I was very appreciative, but when I realized I still had to pay for return shipping, I asked (twice) if they would refund or waive this for me, as well, but this request went ignored (twice). Overall, I think their product and customer service are excellent, but they need to revisit their exchange options for a completely satisfactory service.
