My original order of 4 items did not arrive correctly. Only 1 of the 4 items was correct. Approximately 5 other products that I did not order arrived in my package. I contacted customer support and they advised they’d refund me for the items not received and that I could keep the other items. They said to reorder the products I wanted and that after they’ve been ordered Tarte would refund me the difference as I had bought the products on a sale. All customer experience representatives were courteous and friendly. When I went to reorder the 3 items I had originally purchased, I was now having an issue ordering one of the items, the BB blur tinted moisturizer. This was one product I was really looking forward to using again. Your website said it was not available to deliver to Canada. I found this strange as I never have had an issue with this product before and had it come in my original order, I wouldn’t have run into this problem. I decided to wait a few days to try making the order again and I’m glad I did as it now allowed me to add this item to my cart. I reached out to your customer experience team with my new order number so that I could receive my refund for the difference in price, to which they processed in a very timely manner. My Tarte order arrived on time and with all the items I intended to receive. Yay! It was a bit of a long process to get my products, but I’m glad I finally got them and at the sale price I originally paid. I will order Tarte products again in the future.
