I spent over $150 and didn't receive any samples or free products, including the sample I selected at checkout. I usually purchase my products from Ulta, and will go back to buy from Ulta as they offer gifts with purchases or samples with all orders over $50. There was also no packing slip within my box, so I had to pull up my email to double check that I received everything.

I regularly purchase Tarte concealer, eye shadow, and lip gloss. This is my first time purchasing directly from the website and getting the eyebrow pencil and gel. The Tarte Clay undereye corrector is amazing! It doesn't settle into lines. I also love the Clay powder foundation. It's light and easy to apply and again, doesn't settle in lines either. Would purchase again!

Frustrated but still looking

I continue to order on a frequent basis hoping to one day order the right shape tape. I have aging skin and the shape tape I order is always too thick in consistancy leaving it caked in my lines. Previously, I ordered one specific kind that I loved and was creamy and radiant and I just cannot seem to find the right kind again. So frustrated. I dont want to return it because its my own fault for not knowing how to order or what to order. I just keep piling up shape tape in an old makeup drawer in case my daughters ever need it.

I finally purchased the full size maracuja oil and it works wonders on my 73 y/o skin!! iI still like to spend 15-30 minutes in the morning sun to get some color, and I put the oil on as soon as I get back in and I feel I am doing less damage to my skin. I also purchased the variety pack of lip liners and am pleased to have so many to choose from.

Tarte has become my go to for makeup. I am 54 yrs old and am starting to see aspects of my age. I have tried every type of concealer there is and nothing, and I mean not one thing, holds a candle to Shape Tape. I don’t know how you create this magical wonder but this makeup not only conceals, but it adds to my complexion and I feel vibrant! Because there are such great deals that I consistently receive as a Tarte VIP member, I have been able to build my makeup repertoire and I am ecstatic. There is not one item I have ordered that I have not been happy with! I don’t know if I have just finally found the makeup that works for me, or if TARTE is just THAT GOOD! Being a middle aged woman, I am starting to see the years in my face. Even though I take great care of my skin, I want something that enhances it and doesn’t look like I am covering it up. Tarte products do exactly that. I can’t say enough about how good I feel when I wear Tarte. I can be as dramatic or as minimal and care free as I want. I adore Tarte and will continue to choose Tarte products as my go-to makeup routine. I am also quite happy with the rewards program as I tend to spend when I find something I really like. Thank you for allowing me to give my honest opinion. You have found a loyal customer in me.

The products are great but there was an issue with the free gift. I selected it but something happened and it looks like it was deselected without me knowing. It wasn't in the order summery. I contacted customer service right away but rep was not able to add it to the order, even though order wasn't even processed at that time. She did offer a coupon but I wanted the free gift. I was very disappointed.

tarte is one of my favorite cosmetic brands, so I trusted when I ordered tartelette quick stick™ liner, tartelette™ tubing mascara and travel-size maracuja oil. They eyeliner is perfect, so soft and true black. The mascara is amazing, my new goto. I'm using the maracuja oil with my Gua Sha tool with great results.

Overall, I like my purchase and will be purchasing again. One thing that could use improvement is the order confirmation and shipping notifications. I received an email when the item was purchased and order confirmed, and then had no updates until the day before delivery. I had contacted customer service because one of the colors of the bb eye cream were out of stock. i was using the 20% offer and had asked if they could extend it to when the cream came back in stock and they were most gracious and did so. Very happy with the customer service overall.
