I typed an entire paragraph about this on the previous page but when I tried to go back to that page it deleted everything I had written. Ok, so…I tried to use the search tool and it never worked (I tried a lot!!) When I tried to go to my account info, previous purchases and such, it only showed me what I could get with my VIP points…which I did like bc you may forget they exist otherwise. What I didn’t like was that there was nothing showing me how to find the other info like previous purchases. I looked and looked and finally tried closing out the vip points and it worked but it took me a good 10 mins and 5 tries for it to happen. Not that working helped me any…I got to the previous purchase page and I was trying to look to see the shade I had ordered before but it didn’t say. Not useful at all!! I tried to copy the item # to look in the search tool but we know how that went. I should be able to go on, find my account info, and see every shade of anything I’ve purchased before. Anyway. If there hadn’t been a good sale going on I would have just quit trying way before I did. Check out was easy…no issues there. But the site in general was awful. (I will say it looked great! Visually no issues!) It needs to be more user friendly as well as informative to exactly what I ordered before. I am an avid online shopper so I’m not stranger to ordering online. Please fix these issues!! I love my tarte products!
