bad - couldn't log into my account - and password reset didn't work - ended up contacting support via chat and person fixed my problem - (had to initiate a password reset manually).
bad - the "shop" app seems to try to take over the website (i've had this problem on other sites as well). if I wanted to use the "shop" app I would log in, yet it kept asking me over and over if I wanted to use "shop" - no I don't, I have an account with Tarte and I will checkout using my email and password.
bad - website kept popping up the form for me to enter my email or phone # to get more info - I said "NO" every time, but it kept popping up - so annoying I almost stopped trying to place my order.
bad - response time was awful
bad - I had to click on things multiple times for them to change (for example - to select a color option - had to click on it then click on it again for it actually to change)
bad - I hate the "shop" app and wish I never started using it - had I known it was going to try to take over every website that I visit I would never have started and may just delete my account. I have lost order history and points by using it and wish it would just go away - it may not be he case, but I am also blaming it for the horrible response time and lag in clicks which may actually be true because it seems like it is always working in the backgroud
