I decided to try this concealer because I saw it on tiktok, but I don't trust tiktok shop and wasn't sure what color to get so I decided to buy it directly from Tarte. I wish I'd have just gotten it on tiktok. I found the set I wanted and clicked on find my shade. After taking the quiz it told me the recommended shade and included a button to add to cart. I assumed it would add to cart the set I was trying to order because that's the page I was originally on, but apparently it only added the concealer, not the brush included in the set. Fyi, the concealer alone cost the same as the concealer and brush set. So I contacted customer support to see why I was missing the brush and they told me I'd only purchased the concealer. That's when I went back to the website and realized that when it took me to the shade finder quiz and offered to add the product to the cart it was only added the individual concealer and not the set with the brush. Seems like a like an error with the website. I explained that to customer support, and they told me I'd have to pay $5 to return the concealer and then repurchase the set. And not only would I be out $5, but I originally bought this with a coupon I got from signing up for texts and emails so when I repurchase the right set, I'll be paying more than I did last time. Seems silly since the brush is basically free, so why wouldn't this company just send it to me to maintain a good customer relationship? If my business means that little to them, I don't want to invest more money and I recommend that you don't either.
