Every time I try to order a product from you online I am constantly frustrated by the difficulty/inability to complete my order. I use the Stoneberry Credit option but your app makes it very difficult to complete any order. Either it won’t take my email address or it says I’m already a customer (which I know) and it loops back to filling out personal data or it asks me to pay the full balance even though I have available credit. Also, never has your app allowed me to use a Promo Code on any product…always for reasons that are not explained. I receive a paper catalog in the mail every month, which I enjoy. I also receive random promotional cards and letters with various offers. Both of these always contain Promo Codes. However, not once in the many years I have shopped with you have I ever been allowed to use any of them. Why provide them? Yes…I would love to save 25% on my order, but you won’t let me! September is my birthday month and you sent me a card with a Promo Code for 25% off. When I tried to use it I was given some nebulous excuse with no explanation. So…I tried calling yesterday. I called 3 times and spent more than an hour on hold. I even tried your ‘call back’ option…3 times. Never did the robo operator acknowledge that my request had been accepted and that I would receive a call back. So I continued to hold. Then, in the middle of my third time holding, I received a call from an 800 number, which I answered just in case. It actually was Stoneberry calling me back from a person from some third world country with a thick accent. Then to finish off a frustrating afternoon…your representative couldn’t hear me. I could hear them but they could not hear me. So they hung up on me…and never called back!!
I will continue to order from you because of the credit option, but I HATE the whole ordeal!!
This is no way to run a service that is meant to provide convenience!! Please fix it!!
