I love Stoneberry I made my first purchase they gave me $1,000 credit limit my first purchase went through just fine orders came through just fine my second purchase was the problem I did not know they canceled until I rechecked it and I had to find a way to replace all the gifts through another Merchant and then call customer service because the email did not explain why they canceled my order and they explained to me that they just need a proof of residency which is common so that was okay but I then found out that you could only send that through mail so I did do that but I hope that Stoneberry will consider Maybe finding out if they could use a different option to let people verify their address or anything needed online to make it a simpler process I did send in the proof of residency and now I'm just waiting for Stoneberry to give me the go ahead to go forth with any purchases from here forward other than that issue I love Stoneberry I think it's a great company and I'll shop there for a long long time also it was kind of difficult for me to get the proof of residency because my husband's name is on all of our utility bills except our water bill so I had to go through all that and get the bill printed out from online and that was kind of a hassle but I understand the protection of my information and why they have to ask for proof of residency or anything proving your who you are and I appreciate being protected also it was a Christmas time so it was just kind of a hassle .
