I placed an order that went to my old address. It took me 2 weeks of contacting customer service via chat and emails, but no one told me I had to call about getting a tracer until 2 weeks after dealing with them. Once I finally got an agent on the phone, it was the worst experience ever. I requested to speak to a supervisor, who never called. I finally had to call back yet again and immediately requested a supervisor. Since I went ahead and placed a second order (which part was canceled in error), I explained all this to the supervisor, and she corrected the canceled order. Currently, I am still waiting for the tracer to get back to the company so I can receive credit back for the order. I have no intentions of paying for 2 orders of the same items. They have been told this. So far, customer service-wise, this has been a nightmare. Once this is straightened out, I doubt that I will be using the company again. The quality of the items we have received is very poor. But I had already washed the towels before I realized this, so I know I cannot return them. But I will go to Kohls the next time for towels.
