I wanted to use the balance of an older gift card on an order I was placing. I tried doing it online when I was placing my order. It was not coming up when I typed the gift certificate # in. I tried calling and you were closed. It was 6:30pm EST. I called the next day and the customer service person told me that you have a new system and that she would have to issue me the credit separately, but that it would take time to do that and I could not use it on the order I placed. It was very frustrating that it took two days to resolve that issue only to find out I couldn't use it on the order I was placing. I placed that order 5/19/26 and I still have not received two of the items I needed to send my horse off to training with. She leaves on 6/1/26. I went to track my order and there is no tracking info or link on my order confirmation. When I click on view order, the one item I actually placed the order for, a a fly mask, hasn't even shipped yet! Then there is a QR code I would need to click on for further information- seriously? What a joke this whole experience has been. I WILL NOT be ordering from you again. Oh, and the products that did arrive came in a big banged up printed box that didn't even say State Line Tack on it. It said Equine Brand. Everything was just thrown in there loosely with no packing material or packing slip. Nothing said thanks for your order. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
