I purchased a horse blanket for my daughter in law for Christmas. I made the purchase on cyber Monday and it was on sale. In addition, I purchased a gift certificate for her. Delivery was supposed to be around the middle of December. When that time frame arrived and it had not been delivered, I contacted the company and was told it had not been shipped as I was not charged the correct amount when I placed the order. I told them they had to honor the price as that was what was on their website. The person I spoke with told me they would have to do some checking and get back to me. Needless to say, they didn't get back. I called again, with the same response. On my third call I was asked if I wanted to cancel the order because the item was out of stock and they didn't know when it would be back in stock. I said that I still wanted it and requested they let know when it would be available. Just before Christmas I received a call telling me the blanket was back in stock and it would be shipped. My daughter in law received it earlier this week and when she opened the package, the wrong size had been shipped, it was much too large. At this point she is unsure if she will return it, based upon all the issues I have had with this company. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone unless you want a challenge ahead of you. What a disappointment, in many ways!
