The products I ordered are great and worked very well. The pricing was good as well. It was the communication regarding availability and shipping that I had issues with.
I know part of this is my own fault for waiting to order for a short turnaround.
I ordered two blankets on a Monday afternoon that I needed for the weekend because it was going to be unusually cold. I paid the extra shipping to have them delivered quickly which there were only two options to choose from. One was shipped the next day. I will admit that I did not pay attention to the email saying that only one item shipped. I just paid attention to that my order had shipped and was able to check the tracking.
When I received only one item in time on Thursday, I checked my emails and discovered that it said only one shipped and I had never heard about the second one. I sent an email inquiring about the other blanket, which I received an email late that night stating it had shipped. It did not get here in time and I had to purchase a blanket somewhere else because I had two horses and only one blanket did not help. I finally received an email response 4 days later from customer service, after the second one was delivered, telling me that it stated "in Fast Track Economy it ships separately and the second blanket was unavailable at that time". I saw the "shipped separately", but that does not mean unavailable and it did not say it was. That was not very clear when I placed the order and I had not received anything stating it was unavailable. I believe this part of the ordering process needs to be adjusted with more clear statements and more information, like an email stating "not available at this location and will be shipped in a couple of days" or something to that affect.
Fast Track Economy in my opinion means it ships faster, which is the reason I paid extra for it. The customer service response I received seem to imply that I should know "shipping separately" means it is not available. Since I had to buy a replacement blanket, I now have two blankets for a horse that unfortunately, suddenly died yesterday.
Like I stated in the beginning the products and pricing are great. I paid more for the replacement blanket at a lower rating but I had to have it quickly. Luckily one of our local stores finally had some in stock, but it was not the high rating as your product, which I did use the next week because of the cold.
