I ordered the women's vest since I was looking for a good vest and know that SLT usually has great quality clothing.
Received the vest and other items in the order on time. I tried the vest on immediately and realized it was definitely sized in China. The armholes were incredibly small. Even with a shirt underneath it, the armhole openings chaffed my skin within an hour. I ordered a medium...I am 5'6", 135 lbs, essentially on the leaner side, and typically where size small. The only reason I ordered medium, was to allow for bulkier winter clothing to be worn underneath. The armholes were just incredibly small, definitely sized wrong.
When I realized I had to return the vest, I had to call your Customer Service to figure out how to do that. I order almost everything on Amazon, and its super simple and easy to go onto their website, indicate I want to return an item, receive an ecode scan code to return the item, select where to return it and I'm done. It's super simple to walk into any UPS or Whole Foods, no pkg needed, show the scan code, drop the item, and receive a credit very quickly.
For your return, just the small vest, I had to purchase my own packaging, put the order number, and name inside the package, and pay shipping to return the item. Super difficult, not user friendly and it took me quite a bit of time to get to the USPS office when they're open to get packaging and then PAY (again) shipping to return it. Never again!!
