I used to love State Line Tack and ordered frequently. With my most recent experience, this may be my last order. I've never seen shipping prices like these before- the shipping was as much or more than my order! I was going to order about 15 items, we'll over $100 in merchandise, but in the end only ordered a pair of breeches and a saddle pad, which was still as much as the saddle pad alone. In the end, the wrong color saddle pad was sent. I reached out by email but recieved no response for 5 days, so I called. After calling customer support, it looks like it's a website listing error. They were willing to refund to blanket but have a policy where they won't send the correct product? So I would have to order again AND pay the absurd shipping with no guarantee of even getting the right product. The worker did say she'd request a refund of half of the shipping cost, which I appreciate, but I feel like this store that really used to make riding affordable is no longer with the shipping costs. I'm really disappointed with my order, the ordering experience, the lack of exchange, and the overall cost for what is listed as an affordable product. I used all of my reward points on this purchase and likely will look elsewhere in the future.
