I think the website is pretty organized and I believe I found what I needed pretty easily. However, I do wish there was more information on the difference in the different blankets. A lot of them had different prices however, I couldn't figure out what the true difference was? For instance, Pony. When I think of a pony, I think of something around 13 hands although I know it can be anything under 14.2. I ordered horse blankets for my smaller quarter horses and they really should have been pony blankets. The length of the sides of the blankets is what I'm assuming is the difference. I have several other blankets in size 74 that fit my horses nicely. When I received your 74, I realized, they all seem too big and although some fit ok, and I can keep it to go over the other blankets, I really should have ordered 70 or 72 blankets for the horses. You've done an amazing job with blankets and getting things made so well. I just didn't have enough information when ordering. My quarter horses are short however, they have a horse size head, not a pony head so I didn't think anything of it, to order a horse blanket.
One other thing I wanted to comment on is that I feel with the quality of the blanket, I expected the straps to be thicker. The material for the closure on the front of the blankets was not as thick a quality as I expected. I can't judge it because it might be something that doesn't have to be thick to do its job, these are the first of this type of blanket I have ordered. so I will have to wait to see if they hold up to my playful crowd.
Ordering on the website using my phone seemed pretty easy until it came to the payment. I thought I was purchasing through Paypal pay in four and it deducted from my checking account. Then I received a notice from Paypal that my payment was declined so I went back in and tried to order again. What I didn't realize is that the order on your side still went through and I didn't need the second order. Better communication with Paypal would have been helpful but I don't know if that has much to do with your company?
One last thing I can comment on at this time is the delivery. It would be helpful if you would give information on how many boxes to expect. I contacted customer service because I thought a box was missing when in reality, I just didn't know to expect a third box.
