The shipping box was crushed on one end and there was no packing paper in the box, also no invoice. The bottle of fly spray leaked in the bag it was in so the other bottles got all fly spray. FedEx not my favorite.

Better to find what you want and order from Amazon instead. The reason I always order from Amazon instead is they have free shipping and free returns. If I didn’t have e to pay for returns I 100% would be returning this fly sheet. It fits smaller than a 72, which he wears in every other sheet/blanket. Also, the vitamin E didn’t come with a pump - given the cost for it, that’s absurd. So I ordered one from your site and it leaks worse than any generic plunger. I’ve ordered off Amazon ever. It’s wasting half of the vitamin E that I paid for. It leaks for a full minute after I do a pump. I at least thought your pumps would be better quality considering they’re coming from a horse shop. I am just going to keep the fly sheet because I do I did even though it’s small, and I had to start the vitamin E right away so I didn’t have a choice because I threw away my last pump because it was so old. I’ve already ordered new pumps off Amazon, so it’s not an issue. But I will not be ordering from your shop again clearly the quality is not what you would expect from a horse shop. First time and last time. And the fact that you have to have a large order to get free, shipping is absolutely ridiculous.

This was a reorder of the blanket wash and odor eliminator products. I love these products and use them every year to wash my horse blankets. There is no residue and this product doesn't remove the water proofing in my turnout blankets. I also use these products to clean my dogs' beds. Highly recommend.

I just purchased a blanket and blanket wash from Schneider saddle. I didn't recall ordering the blanket wash just the blanket. Turned out I ordered wrong size blanket and needed to return. I called and they were very helpful in the return process. Great company to work with. I have been buying from Schneider since 1974. Have always been pleased with there products and service.

I ordered the insulated waterproof dog coat to replace the original one I bought for Huck, my coonhound mix, 5 years ago. The original one is still in good condition but Huck has a very deep chest and gained some weight over the last year so the velcro fastener didn't overlap enough anymore (he also might have torn off a piece of the velcro while running through the shrubbery after wildlife) because it looked shorter than it used to and sometimes the coat would come loose. I also ordered another uninsulated waterproof dog coat also in Royal blue, size large, to replace one i bought for my first coonhound in 2010. The original raincoat didn't have reflective stitching but otherwise was still in great shape 15+ years later. Both of the new coats (size L) fit him well, look great, the reflective stitching is highly visible at night and I really like the pleats at the shoulders that allow him and my previous 2 coonhounds (all size L, between 70-80 lbs) to move freely in them. I have bought a total of 9 dog coats from Schneider's Saddlery for the 3 dogs I've had in the last 16 years and they are the best quality dog coats out there in my opinion. I had 2 redbone coonhounds at the same time so bought 2 uninsulated raincoats and the 2 insulated quilted coats that criss cross and buckle under the belly, then 2 fleece coats. I love that the fleece coats go through their legs and under the chest and attach via velcro on the sides. All of these coats have worn like iron. They are consistently the best quality dog coats I have found.
