My only issues were not receiving a return email when I enquired about the delivery date of the bulbs that I ordered and the tracking number provided did not work.

Very satisfied. I think shipping charges should be based on the actual weight of the products purchased and not as a “covers all” regardless of number of items or weight of the items. Thank you and Happy Holidays.

I just wish shipping was lower as there are more plants I wo7ld like to order but shipping puts them out of range. I can't afford to buy the dollar amount in order to get free shipping.

I thought I would get free shipping, as that was the very first pop-up box. Not that 21 is too much. I was a bit dissapointed in that. On the other hand, I found Ketsup and Mustard and Koko Loko, two roses I have wanted a while, in the jumbo size, and got those. It makes up for the dissapointment about shipping.

The Jumbo root was huge. It has to be at least a 5 year old plant or thereabout. The other rose also was big, and healthy. Both were beginning to leaf out when I took them from the box. On the minus side, I was told I would get them saturday, which should have given me some time to put together at least an adequate pot. I also thought I would get them in March. As it was, I got them after work when It was growing dark outside. I felt I was given hardly any time to get ready for them. I ended up taking them out of the box and hiding them in a sheltered spot after giving them a bit of water. It is so cold out that they will not evaporate. Tomorrow I will plant them in a container. Since they were in California, I am not sure that they will be protected or acclimatised to our weather. I had expected them in March, not the middle of February. I will do my best, of course. Hopefully they will live.

I was expecting delivery in the Spring which begins Tuesday, March 19; not two weeks ago. The Ketchup & Mustard look pitiful for a $69 plant. Tomorrorrow I will snapp some pictures.

I was struck by all the items OUT OF STOCK. In fact I was concerned you might be going out of business so I called the customer service number - they said you are still in business. I want a special rose bush that you offer and cannot find anywhere else - so you have my business.
