I didn't see when I may expect my bush. I am hoping it will be after winter is done. And the shipping charge seems rather high. But this is about the only way I can be sure to get the color I want.

I bought a butterfly bush that is the color I wanted. I have had trouble in pryer years of getting one of this color. But Spring Hill is the only place I have ordered from that always sends me a plant that is still alive.

I was very pleased with the three plants that I ordered and planted them today. They came in good shape and were packed well so they were not broken or squashed. On the package that they came in the name of the plant, the size and the type of, or lack of, sun the plant required were all listed and it was very helpful.

I should have bitten the bullet and bought a full tree locally even though the price would have been much higher. The eastern redbud is just a long branch grafted to a root stock. I saw reviews, but I did not full absorb the details. My fault. I tend to ignore complaining reviews.

I placed and paid for an order back in the fall. A few months later, I was notified that the product was out of stock. When I called, the customer service associate offered only one product out of the previous six (?) choices. I had to pay another couple of dollars for the new product even though both products had the same list price.

You have a nice variety and your website is decent. Prices are a bit high compared to other nurseries. Your usual shipping costs are outrageous.

I contacted support via email and have not heard back. I received my order....all looked good. I have planted and watered them. About half of the Lavender is dying the other 8 look great. I would like to return, but why go to the expense? I would just like 9 replacements, or credit to my account.
