I did a Google search for M3gan, and Amelia's costume was one of my results. I already bought the M3gan dresses last year, in a store. And I w wanted to get her 3rd outfit, but I looked at Amelia instead. It was a bit more expensive than I'd hoped. But I bought it anyway. I got a small, but it was too big. I asked your chat bot if I could just exchange it for a small. There are no Spirit Halloween stores open this part of the year where I live. And waiting till October would've been way, too late. Your chat bot said I'd have to buy the size I wanted and send back the other one. You already had my money. And I'd pay the exact, same price. So, paying for it again is redundant. I could understand if I wanted a different character outfit. Then I would've gladly paid for it and send back the one I didn't want. But wasn't the case. So, I spent over $100. You should change your exchange policy. You can have it to where the customer sends it back, you receive it, and then let them choose the one they would want. Bottom line, paying twice for the same thing is ridiculous. If it's the same outfit just a different size, the customer should not have to pay twice for the same thing. If it something completely different, yes, pay for the new outfit and send back the other one.
