No way to contact the store directly
Post-Delivery FeedbackOct 13, 2026
I liked that they had a unique product, but after I got the email the item was ready for pick up but the time limit to pick up the item was 3 days and I live in Carbondale. So I added my partner since they work in cape, but even then the pick up time said online orders can only be picked up 12pm to 7pm even though the store is open past that. My partner works 11am to 9pm, and I work the same and tried calling the store to see if I could pick up after 7pm. Well the store message was the store is not taking any calls so I hooped on chat. After going around explaining the issues the chat agent continued to say there's no exceptions and offered me a refund and I said no I can get it but it's gonna be after 7pm around 8pm and asked for the store number. The agent said corporate protocol is no store has a direct number they can give out or for them to contact. Well after explaining that if I call corporate they and everyone's gonna have bigger issue than me picking up a over priced toy, and finally the agent said they'd contact the store for a "one time exception" which is code for trying to make a customer feel special when it's not it's called good customer service. So after waiting they said the store agreed to extend the pick up time to 8pm but no later and I said it'll probably be 830pm, I mean the store is open til 10pm the chat agent took a 8 minute question and resolution and stretched it to a 34 minute chat conversation. Freaking ridiculous and bad customer service and I've told this story to anyone who'd listen cause clearly spirit limits their customers. The chat agent finally came back and said the store agreed to 830pm but that be all, and I said my partner would be there. I sarcastically added you and the store are to kind to give me an additional hr and 30 minutes when it's opened til 10pm, and how it's ridiculous you can't call the store directly. How a decade ago I worked spirit two years and our field manager terminated several employees for call avoidance and that it's unheard of a store doesn't have a phone for paying customers trying to make an arrangements.
