It was so easy to find exactly the costume my son wanted. It was a little pricey, but seemed pretty high quality compared to other costumes I've seen. Unfortunately then Spirit started sending all these surveys. It annoys me that companies seem to think that once you buy a product from them, it's okay to harass the customer for more of their valuable time. They don't seem to realize that customers don't work for them or that we aren't required to give them anything in return for an exchange of currency for goods. They would like to say it's because they want to improve the experience or some nonsense, but it's really just a way to try to engage the customer into thinking the company cares about anything other than making money. I just would like to go back to being able to buy something and then being left alone. If I have a problem, the company will definitely hear about it. And this isn't just Spirit, it's all companies, but I thought it would be fun to just verbalize what every single customer is thinking to see what kind of response it elicits. I'm guessing none
