So, I purchased some Ghostface merchandise because I love the Scream franchise. Got myself a mug, a lounge set and a pair of home slippers. The reason I even wanted to make the purchase is because of the super cute home slippers. Everything else came to me except the slippers. The email I received said the slippers were canceled. I didnât know what happened, my money was good and I bought them at the same time as everything else so I thought there was an error. Got ahold of Customer Service through the Live Chat which was a bit of an annoyance but the person who helped me was nice. Turned out that even though on the website, it said that the slippers were available, they didnât have any and because all the Spirit Stores are closed in my area, there was no way to get the slippers. I was annoyed because this isnât the first time something like this has happened with an online purchase in the past couple months. Got offered a discount code for my next purchase but Iâm like, âNext purchase? Why would I want to make another purchase with yâall if youâre gonna drop the ball like this?â But I figured I was just being petty because I really wanted those slippers. I guess I just have to wait until they have the slippers available for purchase again. Hopefully, the next time, theyâll actually check their inventory at the warehouse to make sure they can actually send out the item thatâs being purchased rather than wasting my time.
