I was surprised and lucky to find that spirit Halloween carried the costume for the character that my son wanted to be this year, since it's not a common costume. The price was a bit expensive, but it was worth the quality at least. BUT, I had problems with the shipping. The shipping fee that I was charged didn't reflect the shipping fee on their website shipping information, but I did get a partial shipping fee refund for that. Though, it was so hard to get in touch with someone! I had to Google corporate to file it as a complaint. AND my order took so long to arrive, it passed the expected delivery date, and then the tracking didn't update for days, so I had to Google corporate and emailed them all the issues with my order, so they said they'd expedite a replacement to me. BUT that order wasn't able to get fulfilled due to low stock! So I just had to wait for the original to arrive, luckily it did, and it fit my son perfectly. It wasn't a great first experience, but I suppose the quality and fit were good, so it's fine I guess.
