I finally received my box today from FedEx after waiting all day after FedEx kept changing the delivery time. I have been waiting months for this animatronic to release and then Spirit released it earlier than the original August release..I had to scramble to get the money together last minute when this released on June 17th and soon after within hours it was sold out. Today when I got it the outside of the box was torn to shreds, holes were stabbed in it everywhere..it looked like Freddy Kruger got ahold of the shipping box. The inside... not much better. There are holes and stab/puncture marks all over my Halloween Michael Myers animatronic box. Holes and tears all the way through to the animatronic. I hoped and prayed it wasn't damaged. It is damaged. One arm did not work correctly, the pieces are all scuffed up and scratched, his face is all scuffed up. I sent pictures to customer service while I was on the phone with them and he said, "OH my, it looks like it was in an accident" He wanted me to put it together and call back tomorrow to see if it worked. The only problem with that is I told him it sold out almost immediately... come to find out after I got off the phone with him and they were closed, they still have some in stock, but I'm sure they won't when I call back tomorrow! I wish he would have processed a replacement while we were in the phone while it was still in stock!! I am very upset and disappointed . I spent $400 on this!
