I ordered the scary sitting scarecrow, but received the sitting scarecrow. When speaking with the first customer service rep, she gave me a phone number to text a detailed explain of how the two were different and to include photos. The impression I got was that she thought I was crazy for thinking the two scarecrows were different; however, they are. Their hats are different, their faces are different and their clothing is different. The second Spencer customer service rep replied to the text fairly quickly and established the fact that it would be best to do an in person exchange. She found a store near me that had the correct scarecrow and said to show them my online order confirmation to do an even exchange. However, at the store, there was confusion about how this was done without a paper receipt. The manager, Tom, was called to assist. He said that the two scarecrows looked the same to him. This, of course angered me and I had to point out the differences again. In the end, he was able to make the exchange, which I'm grateful for, but GEEZ what a hassle!
