I used the Spirit Halloween website to pick out my daughter's halloween costume for October. The website was pretty straightforward, and easy to browse with a quick loading speed. She picked out the Reina Furative costume, and was excited about her pick. It was delivered the very late evening of the estimated delivery date, but hey, it made it on time. My daughter tried it on, and after about a half-minute she got very upset and wanted the costume off again. I asked her what the problem was and she said the costume was itchy and scaly. She wants to return this one to find something like fluttershy costume, or the Cosmo Bug but the Cosmo Bug is outside of my set budget for her costume this year.And that's another thing is the prices; the costumes and accessories are so expensive! The high prices on top of the return process being so confusing, and only giving 12 days before the return is valid is beyond stressful with the stores not yet even being open in my town means that I will likely have to fight to get my costume returned or exchanged- which will mean that i can't afford Gracie's Halloween costume at all,
