I placed an online order for a Freddy Krueger costume for myself, Michael Myers mask for my husband and ghostface costume for my son and even ordered the additional bleeding ghostface mask and knife for my son because he wanted it so bad. I received 2 packages, the first with my Freddy Krueger dress then the last package was to contain the freddy fedora, glove, michael myers mask and childrens ghostface costume, bleeding ghostface mask and bleeding knife according to the package tracking anf the packing slip. To my deep disappointment all 3 items i ordered for my sons costume were missing. My father in law just died 2 days ago and i know my son was lookimg forward to celebrating Halloween to cheer up from losing his grandpa and his heart is broken. Halloween is 2 days away so I immediately called spirit and was told they were closed so to email and reach out through social media pages. The only email available on the website was their PR email so emailed that address and sent messages through their Facebook and Instagram page. That was yesterday and I still haven't heard anything back today. In a desperate measure Im attempting to doordash my son's costume because we have to go make funeral arrangements today and dont have time to rush around to a bunch of stores looking for a replacement. Im disappointed and stressed out, I will never trust spirit Halloween again. You shouldn't either, dont go there.
