I ordered this on Aug.31 2025 and received it on 9/10/2025 In fact right after I ordered it, I noticed that it said I ordered an "Adult Small", so I called your customer support system and spoke with "Kezia" I told her what happened she explained to me that she cannot stop the order, but assured me that if I did not get the XL that I ordered, it would not be a problem to return it. I asked her to make a note of it on the computer, she did. She was very nice, kind and helpful.
When I called on 9/11/2025 the 2 ladies I spoke with, did not want to help me return my costume. They even tried to get me to open the package and try it on, to which I said "NO", cuz if I try it on then you guys WILL NOT RETURN THE COSTUME.
Both of these ladies were RUDE BEYOND BELIEF!!!
So, now I just want to return it and get my money back.
The sad part is that in the past I have bought my Werewolf and Dracula costumes along with a bunch of misc. items, that does not include the Witch, Vampiress and gremlin costumes I have bought for my wife along with more misc. items for her.
Because of the rudeness from the 2 ladies and did not want to help me return my Darth Vader costume, I will never buy anything from Spirit stores, never again!!!
