Post-Delivery FeedbackOct 24, 2026
As a family we decided to do the Flintstones this year. I started looking for costumes in September so we'd have them early in case we had to make adjustments or get last minute pieces. It seems like it's going to be a chilly night on Halloween, so I was looking for Pebbles in a 3T so we could bundle my toddler up if needed underneath, and Spirit Halloween was the only retailer that had 3T available (everywhere else was 2T or 4T). I made the order October 2nd and got a delivery date of October 16th; plenty of time to get ready for Halloween. On the 13th, I checked my order tracking and the delivery date had been pushed back to the 22nd - still manageable, so I wasn't panicking yet. I checked the next day, and it was delayed to the 26th. I've been checking every day since and the delivery date has continued to be pushed back (as of this survey they're due to arrive the 29th). To make sure we have something to wear if this order doesn't arrive in time, I've had to buy our costumes a second time from Amazon, and since Pebbles wasn't available there I had to purchase it from HalloweenCostumes.ca, and since that delivery was still not guaranteed to arrive on time I also had to buy an 18-24 month Pebbles costume to make sure my daughter had a costume. I phoned the number included at the bottom of my order email on October 21 and the message said it was no longer in use, listed another number, and when I called all the agent could tell me was "global shipping difficulties" were the cause of the delay and did not offer any assistance before hanging up. I will not be purchasing any main costumes from Spirit Halloween ever again in case this happens again.
