I ordered 2 items. One came correctly and on time. The other was over a week late and the wrong item was sent. The item sent was supposed to be a set. It was supposed to include wings, gloves, a shirt, and a head piece. I had only ordered the wings. It would have been fine if the wings came in this kit, but they were missing. The kit also included 3 head pieces instead of one. I tried to call to return or exchange, but no customer service representative answered. The machine said to return at the store. The store manager told me that she could not help me because it was past October 23rd. I said that it had just came yesterday and it was over a week late. It should have arrived before that date. I also explained that not only was I sent the wrong item, but the item that was sent was actually incomplete. I was told there was nothing she could do to help me and that I should have paid for express shipping even though I did not need it to come that quickly. She said that I could exchange it for something in the store. I luckily found the original item I had ordered and she let me switch them. However, she did not scan anything and just had me walk out of the store with the new item that she barely glanced at. I'm sure she took the incomplete item I returned and put it right back on the shelf so someone else could buy it as a final sale item and not have the option to return it even though it was missing pieces. I am done shopping at Spirit Halloween. This is a terrible business model.
