Return policy is pathetic. I Ordered a costume for my child in the hopes it would arrive before a party. Tracking info had said it would arrive before but it did not. After making purchase the package did not have any tracking info until over 48 hours after. Yet when I tried to contact customer service, a automated message appeared telling me that all representatives were ‘currently assisting others’ and that I would have to figure out another way to contact them, so I called the phone number given, which then also gave me no options to speak with a person. It too was an automated message telling me to check for locations to shop online. I live quite far from a store, which is why I ordered online and did not trek out to a store. Now, the fact that after a specific date one cannot return costumes, which is BS, because you’re not a pop up kiosk in the mall owed by a local crafter. We should be able to return items at any time of year. Is the whole site shut down for the remainder of the year ? Are people not able to purchase a costume year round for various gatherings ? Make it make sense. Now I have a costume that my child will not fit into next year and someone who could have benefited from said outfit, doesn’t have that option. It’s all a waste of material. I’m never purchasing from here again.
