Bought a costume online for store pickup , got email they set it aside and was available for pickup, then received an email a few days later that they were out of stock ans no longer available for pick up which means they took my money, set my costume aside and then sold it out from under me instead of leaving it aside. So we were then forced to order a different costume for my child that was expected to arrive at a certain date. 15 bussiness days past ordering. OK made sense we weren't in a crazy rush that gave us almost a month to recieve it. A week later we received an email that it would arrive the following MONTH and an additional 10 days late. Contacted customer service for assistance as thst would be way to late so we wanted to cancel the order and move on. They said no. You can return the costume after it arrives for a refund. We'll costume arrives and go to start a return and it says they don't take returns past a date, which is before we received our order. Disgusting service
