I am very disappointed with the shipping process on my order. I originally went to my Spirit store, only to find their selection for kids as very disappointing. So I purchased their costimes online. Having placed my order on 10/23, I paid extra for âexpedited shippingâ which was supposed to arrive by 10/29. Tracking showed my order would not arrive until Halloween! That date was what the website offered with the free standard shipping BUT I paid extra to have it expedited which clearly did not happen. I would like my $5 refunded.
It was extremely nerve-wracking because I did not know if these costumes would fit my kids, so I wanted to have time to alter if necessary or go to plan B. Good thing they didn't need them until the evening on Halloween for trick or treating because they would have had nothing to wear. They did arrive and they fit, so that was great, but I want my money back for what I paid for expedited shipping charges.
