I made an online purchase because my grandson was at the mail, he found something he needed. I am not just his grandmother, but I have been raising him since he was 2 and he is now 14. He had money, but is was for fun, not essentials, essentials are my responsibility and he was out with friends and I wasn't there. The store was not able to manually enter my credit card, so the store manager (I can't remember her name :( Was absolutely AMAZING, she not only helped me by coaching me how to do an online pickup at the store order, she also talked to my grandson about the product he was looking for and helped him buy the one that was probably the most practical and safer. I complimented her on her customer service skills (I value customer service over the product, it is extremely important to me) and asked to speak with her manager to tell them how awesome she is. That's when I found out she was the senior manager. This woman deserves an award from your company certainly a raise and I think she deserves a $500 bonus. She was out of this world. She was patient, honest, helpful, showed care for her customer, she was open minded and extremely respectful, accommodating and showed absolutely NO judgement towards my grandson. He is a trans male and is often treated with judgement in public. This woman is a hero and if you consider giving her an award, I would be ever grateful to be included either in person or by video. I don't think myself or my grandson will ever forget her and the positive impact she made on our hearts. I do some influencing and based on this, I would love to collaborate and promote your store, if this is the type of atmosphere that pursue in all of your stores. Thank you so very much.
