I purchased a Halloween costume for my daughter, and initially felt very confident and happy about the item stating that it would arrive Thursday 10/24/25. Said date is a full week away from today, 10/30/25. I even paid an extra fee, to insure the item is received in time for Halloween. Now in fully submitting my purchase, the site made sure to include verbiage stating DELIVERY IS ONLY AN ESTIMATED DATE. This of course protects Spencer’s, and works to your benefit. Yet the 2 screens previously showed shipping info as “TO BE DELIVERED BY 10/30/25”. The conflicting verbiage has now become a huge worry, and is causing me major anxiety !! The dates should NOT be showing differently, on any of the screens. I truly misled and lured in to buying the item (FROM SPENCERS) because it says it would arrive in time. Then the last page raised the uncertainty. I would’ve ONLY bought it IF IT WERE GUARANTEED TO BE HERE IN TIME FOR MY DAUGHTER TO HAVE HER COSTUME FOR HALLOWEEN !!
