Post-Delivery FeedbackSep 13, 2026
Despite placing my order through what appears to be a Canadian retailer, the website lists prices in U.S. dollars. This resulted in a significant price difference compared with purchasing the same items directly in the store.
I attempted to return the item at the retail location, as the item was eligible for return. However, I was advised that the store is unable to process returns for online purchases. I was directed to contact customer support for assistance. When I did so, I was again directed to return the item to the store.
The issue is that returning the item would result in me losing the exchange-rate difference between the U.S. dollar online purchase and the Canadian dollar store pricing. I subsequently contacted customer service by email, hoping they could provide a reasonable solution. Unfortunately, the only response I received was that online prices may be higher and that returning the item would mean I would absorb the approximately 30% exchange-rate difference.
I find this resolution extremely disappointing. As a Canadian customer purchasing from a Canadian retailer, I do not feel it is reasonable to be placed in a situation where I cannot return an eligible item without incurring a substantial financial loss due solely to the retailer's pricing and return process.
Based on this experience, I will not be purchasing from this retailer again, nor would I recommend them to others. I hope the company will review its online pricing and return policies to prevent other Canadian customers from experiencing the same issue.
