Mostly good interaction, however, I did come across an issue as well as a suggestion. I have had the app installed for awhile which I finally completed the sign up process. I've also been logging in via the online website. I read up on how to sync your account info with the app but it has not been successful. I am disappointed in this as I've purchased more than several items through the website, which, I assume, if it synced with my app like it should but it's not, would show all past earned rewards and the history of purchases I've done and the number of "punches" I've earned. According to the apps history it only shows one from August, and from what store location, but it doesn't even show how much I spent or my earnings. Is there a way to fix this? Please send an email if you can help tell me what I need to do. I can also verify receipts but I don't see that as an option anywhere.
Lastly a suggestion. It would be nice if I can redeem more than 1 discount code at a time. The purchases I made were split between in-store pick-up and ones that need to be shipped to me. Therefore I should be able to use both the discount of online in-store pick up as well as the discount code for free shipping as it was over the $25 limit to get that. Is there something that can be done about this?
