Was told while trying to help return the incorrect item when I asked customer service to help me they turned me to fed ex customer service instead of making things easier and narrow them down. Someone else stepped in and better assisted, but even after I sorted everything I had some issues with Fed Ex and Spencer’s Customer service changed from “as soon as it’s headed back to us we will ship you the correct item.” Once I had it in transit they switched to “once it arrives back at the facility and you see it’s there back to us let us know we will reship.” This felt like I was being treated untrustworthy after doing the most to try and get these gifts back in the mail to you guys to get the correct gifts it just felt like a very off putting experience. I like the product and products but don’t see myself using the online store again, and we are in a small town so there is no local mall so that sucks. The issues I had to be fair were each eventually addressed and they did ship the correct product right away but not after saying multiple times I would have to wait for the product to get back to you guys only after I already put it in transit. I explained I would have just purchased the correct item over again and just paid for both what was shipped plus the other one had I known i would have to wait for it to get back first but you guys only said that after I sent it back then you switch it up and now I am wondering if they are going to get here in time now to even remain valid gifts. Long story but you asked for it. I am grateful for the service overall, but would not really deal with it again so much so I would just avoid ordering.
