You are one of the few places that has lava lamps for this cheap, especially ones that are so cool, so I'm excited about that. But I had a miserable time trying to order and apply promo codes. I could not submit my order or push the sign up button when using chrome or opera, but when I switched to internet explore (edge) it worked. Signing up for the email promo didn't give me a code until I gave my phone number too, which was annoying, I only wanted email. While trying to figure out why the buttons weren't working on chrome and why I wasn't getting my 20% off promo in my email, I used the online chat bot. It was completely useless, talked in circles and reccomended me to talk to guest services and then said their queue was full, even though I was contacting them at 9:05 am, so there's no way their queu filled up in 5 mins of them being open. So the chatbot was useless on multiple problems. When I finally figured it all out myself, I went to apply the coupon I got just to find out it was the exact same amount off as free shipping, which was an easily applied promo that I could have used all along. I had been hoping to use both, but I could only use one, which is annoying. I think you should be able to stack coupons that aren't related to each other. The item was still well over $25 even after the 20% promo was applied, so free shipping should have been available. Pick up in store wasn't even an option, or I would have done that. Overall, it was a pain to order and a pain to try and apply the promo codes. That being said, I am grateful there are any promo codes at all, so there's that, and I am happy about the product I'm getting so hopefullly that goes well when it gets here.
TL;DR
The order submit button wouldn't appear on the review screen when I was using chrome but showed up on edge just fine, the chatbot is useless and the email sign up experience is a bit of a pain and not better than your non-signup promos, so I don't see why I bothered.
