Packing was terrible, there was only one strip of tape that didn’t even go end to end, but the label holder was super strong so it wasn’t going to pop open (card holder could have came out the sides though), but because of this I wasn’t able to open the package easily. You had to use a knife to open it, but the box was too small for the purse (box was long but short) so when you used a knife to try to open it you’re risking cutting the purse. Thankfully there was one small piece of paper that was cut instead. I tried to carefully cut just enough to rip. So 0/10 on packing.
The purse and wallet were shipped quickly so 10/10 on shipping speed. As the cup I ordered in same transaction is still not here nor do I have tracking.
When I placed the order I was unable to log into my account no matter how many times I tried using the correct password (even tried to change it but never received the email to change it even though I tried at least 20 times within 5 hours) so I can’t even log in to check tracking just have to watch emails.
Quality/design are 10/10 I already knew what I was ordering because I bought it in store but returned because the manager was so awful and there was a better deal online.
