I am grateful to have received $5 off of $25 and free shipping, but my intention initially was to cash in my earned $15 off of $50. The shipping cost with the latter deterred me from doing so, as standard shipping costs around $14. Therefore, I am losing out on the discount anyways. The items of interest were also not available in the same store at once, so I could not have just purchased in-store.
Lastly, I had a very difficult time attempting to sign into my Spencer's Nation account. Although the password and email I inputted were exactly the same as the information I use in the app, I could not sign in. I tried selecting "Forgot Password" to reset, but I never received the email even after trying 5 times. I even contacted customer service who said they could not assist until Monday. I proceeded without signing in since the coupon I used expires today. I am saddened that I could not receive the points for my purchase, but I will hold onto the emailed receipt to see if they can be added by customer service.
