Man, my son really wanted this dummy at Spencer's so i went online & had to create an account & got a discount code. I added a freddy sweater & a lil gummy bikini to the order & when i went to check out i found out if i used my coupon code I'd lose the free shipping on orders over $40 or whatever. I had to choose which one would save me most. Then they tacked on $10 shipping for oversized items, I guess the dummy. Then to make things confusing & complicated they broke the 3 items into 3 separate orders. The bikini shipped first. They had taken the money out of my account that day. Then the other 2 items shipped separately so i had to click on each one to track. I spent the money i had in the account on groceries. The sweater arrived. All the sudden my account was overdrawn by $130+ & I couldn't figure out why & had to call the bank & it turns out Spencer's put the money back for a day after everything was shipped & recharged me the following day after i had gotten groceries. I couldn't figure out how to get customer service on the app so i went on Facebook & found Spencer's page & messaged them there & the person was polite but no help. He said they don't charge until it ships even though they took the money the day of the order for a bit but then put it back, shipped the items & waited a couple days & charged me again & really screwed me up bc my payday ended up having $130+ deducted to cover the Spencer's overdraw & this month has been hard bc of it. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them unless you thrive on confusion, misinformation & want them to toy with the money in your account.
